One area where we have gone above and beyond is in securing our Gold Award from the Armed Forces Covenant's Employer Recognition Scheme. Achieving Gold status, which is the highest level of award, demonstrates our support for the Armed Forces community - around 50% of our team are veterans, reservists or military personnel family members.
Affirming our commitment to quality and consistency, AMMO & Company holds two globally recognised ISO awards. ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems and covers the supply of military accoutrements for Ceremonial, Combat and Working & Mess Dress to the Armed Forces and Army Cadet Force. The ISO 9001 award confirms that we meet the requirements expected of a quality management system, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As verified vendors for the Armed Forces of the United States, the Canadian Armed Forces and the New Zealand Defence Force, we are proud of the service we provide to the respective procurement departments. In 2023, our strength in overseas trade was recognised with the King's Award for Enterprise, highlighting our outstanding achievement in the category of International Trade.
